With the mixed precipitation we had Tuesday, I got to walk in the snow in the morning and dodge rain drops in the afternoon. Wednesday, the storm had blown itself out and the temperature had dropped, creating black ice on our road and huge frozen rain drops on the branches. They looked like miniature white Christmas lights with the sun shining through them. Unfortunately, with the sun out, the drops didn’t last long, but they sure were pretty while they did.
