tulips on black I bought a bouquet of tulips yesterday.  They have never been my favorite bouquet flower, but these were being put out as I walked by and they were so pretty, I had to have a bunch.  The first picture is taken with my Canon camera, inside with the flowers in a vase.  The second picture was taken with my iPhone, outside on the deck, with the flowers lying on a piece of black fabric. I’m an admirer of Justina Blakeney and she’s taken photographs of flowers like this, so I’ve wanted to try it.  It certainly is easy and fun.  I’m going to do it again with different bouquets just to see what I get.  The difference in the colors is pretty cool too–between indoors and outdoors– and there’s no editing or color correction done.
