Even though I try to take a new picture for this blog every day, there are times when my day is so crazy busy or the weather doesn’t cooperate.  Yesterday was one of those days, for both reasons, so I was forced to look back at recent pictures and find something to use.  This crab-apple tree grows in the garden at TenBroeck.  I took the pictures on Mothers’ Day while Mom and I were sitting outside.  By Tuesday, when we went out again, most of the flowers were blown away already.  A reminder then–take the picture when the opportunity is there.
