stream in the woods

We had a busy weekend.  Raven’s graduation and a wedding on Saturday and Raven’s graduation party on Sunday.  Nine o’clock Sunday night I finally had time to think about a blog post for Monday and realized I hadn’t picked my iPhone or camera up all day.  What was worse, is I didn’t remember what the color for next week even is.  There was a big feeling of relief when I looked at my list and saw “green.”  Easy, even though I didn’t take a picture specifically for it, I knew I’d have one.  So, by cheating a bit, here’s the first of this week’s green.  The cow picture was taken when we were in New Hampshire.  I happen to like cows and the parking lot at the Shaker Museum was right next to a field of them.  The second picture is from an early morning walk last week.  The sun was just starting to penetrate the woods next to the road and was making the water glow.   I’ll be out hunting green today.
