Paul and Jonathan again

Two years ago, we replaced some of the windows in the upstairs with more energy efficient, easier to clean ones.  Now it’s time to do the rest of the house.  Sunday morning, Jonathan and Paul took out the dining room and living room windows and replaced them.  They also replaced the kitchen window, from a hard to use crank to an easy to use slider.  Jonathan also did the one window in the smallest bedroom upstairs, which leaves four in Raven’s room to replace, and then the job will be done.  The kitchen still needs some framing and the trim on the living room and dining room will wait for another day, but the main, and the messiest part, of the job is done.  Hopefully, our cooling and heating bills will be reduced and the windows will end up paying for themselves.
