My Thursday night quilting group decided to do a pot luck dinner last night.  Everyone brought an appetizer or a dessert and we shared a meal.  The food was wonderful: fresh veggies and dip or hummus, cheese and crackers, a Mexican bean dip/salad, artichoke cups, deviled eggs, fruit and several more I can’t remember.  Dessert, which I totally forgot to take a picture of was a gluten free chocolate cake, mini cream puffs and zucchini/blueberry bread.  Everyone had such a good time that we’re thinking of doing a soup/salad/bread meal together in the fall. I, for one, can’t wait.  It seems that not only can we sew, we can cook.
