Wes and I planned to go visit Corey, Daisy and Desi today. After we heard the weather report of low 90’s, high humidity and severe thunderstorms for the afternoon, we changed our visit to Sunday. Meanwhile, Andrew and I had baked zucchini bread as I wanted to take a loaf with us to Queens. Andrew loved stirring with the big wooden spoon. Wes had to help a bit, because he got a bit rambunctious and the spoon became almost airborne, along with some flour. I believe every single one of our kids, and now our grandkids, has made zucchini bread with me. That’s kind of cool.
