Let me go on record for saying I’ve never met a cookie I didn’t like–except for snickerdoodles. For some reason, they have never appealed to me. Raven takes lunch to college every day. Lunches at school average about $8.00, so that’s a smart decision. I’ve been baking different cookies to put in her lunch for a treat. She came home Monday night and asked for snickerdoodles. As we were almost out of the M & M cookies from last week, I baked snickerdoodles yesterday from this Taste of Home recipe. You know what? I still don’t like snickerdoodles.
