It’s been very dark at 7am when Leslie and I go out walking. Monday morning, the sky was gorgeous as it slowly got light. Next week when we walk, the sun will have been up for an hour, making it a bit safer, but not nearly as pretty.
The pokeberries in the bottom picture are toxic to cattle and humans, but a good food source for birds. The stems will be picked clear as the birds discover them. They sure are colorful though.
