You are looking at four jars of black cap jelly–the best jelly in the world! Last summer Wes and Karl braved the pricker bushes and the heat to spend a morning picking black caps. (then they went out to lunch) Last night when we met for dinner, Karl brought Wes four jars of the jelly. Now comes the decision–Do we open one and enjoy it or save for later? I know I’ll be standing by the jar with a knife and crackers whenever we decide to taste test.
