juniper berries

With the leaves off the trees and the flowers dried up, photography is a bit more challenging.  I took the bittersweet picture on my way home from visiting Mom.  I usually take the back way, it’s a much prettier ride as evidenced by the picture.  The juniper berries were on the bush outside Wes’ cardiologist’s office.  It was a toss up as to which picture to put first as that’s the bigger one. The bittersweet won as it’s brighter, but I dearly love the purple of the juniper too.
