As I was fixing dinner last night, I realized–again–I hadn’t even thought of taking a picture for the blog. It rained, I shopped a bit, visited Mom and then sewed–hardly newsworthy.
There’s something about the act of preparing a meal that makes me happy, especially when the vegetables are as beautiful and as fresh as these. On second thought, maybe it was a newsworthy day…..
