Wes and I had dinner out last night with our “fine dining club” at the Red Brick Inn in Rosendale. We were surprised how busy it was for a Wednesday night, but being it’s Christmas season, maybe people eat out more. I had the black and white sesame encrusted salmon, which was delicious. My only complaint about meal was that it wasn’t hot enough, but it was still mighty tasty. I took a picture of Wes’ pork chop dinner, but I realized it was going to come out too dark to use, so the bottom picture is of Eunice’s giant burger with all the fixings. The ladies exchanged small Christmas gifts which is always fun. I now have a silky, red, snowman scarf to wear. Good friends, good times.
