Wes put some bread out on the deck for the squirrels and I sat on the family room floor trying to get pictures of them. The squirrels were playing shy, so I switched to snapping the birds on the feeders. The top picture is a downy woodpecker eating suet and the bottom one is goldfinches snacking on sunflower seeds. I was so busy snapping pics of the birds, I completely missed the squirrels making off with the bread. Better luck next time.
