After running a bunch of errands in Kingston yesterday, I intended to stop for a cup of coffee in QuikChek. (they have really good coffee) Instead, as I approached Jolly Cow, I saw the words “peanut butter” on their sign. They make, by far, the best peanut butter soft serve. Giving up my plan for coffee, I turned into Jolly Cow’s parking lot and a few minutes later had this SMALL cone to enjoy. Usually they have their flavors for a day or two–now to come up with a reason to go to Kingston today.

I think peanut butter ice cream is a good enough reason. No?
