Wes and I babysat for Andrew and Natasha again yesterday. We started our day with a trip to Adams where the pansies took my breath away.
After lunch we colored three dozen Easter eggs. Everyone but me ate at least one right away, but I can’t stomach them warm, so I waited until they were chilled.
We took our leftover dye outside and after Wes scraped the dirty snow off the remaining pile, we dyed the snow.
Natasha and I also organized her Rainbow Loom storage box. There were thousands of teeny rubber bands, all mixed up. I was surprised how fast we finished. She’s delighted with how neat it is and I’m delighted she’s being creative.
Our day also involved sidewalk chalk and learning how to play hopscotch and finished with a mini Easter egg hunt that was repeated about six times.
What do you think of me documenting my days? Do you like it or should I go back to one or two pictures with a brief note? I won’t do this every day, but it’s fun when there’s lots going on.
I enjoy it! Pansies are beautiful!
