A day in life or an ordinary Friday. I found the rain spotted leaf while on my morning walk. Wes and Andrew built a golf course from Play Doh, complete with sand traps, water hazards, greens and drinking straw golf clubs.
Andrew wanted a roll up peanut butter sandwich for lunch. He loves my homemade flax seed wrap and also loves to help make it.
Story Farms had “first of the season” strawberries. Delicious!!!
When I caught Andrew with his socks on his hands pretending they were puppets, I remembered I had puppets that my Aunt Lo had made. His favorite was the lion.
Andrew also had a good time finding caterpillars crawling on the deck. They make my skin crawl, but he enjoyed showing them to me.
When Natasha got home from school, we played some games, then she decided to make up her own card game and rules. An ordinary Friday, but so special in so many ways.
