Wes handed me this recipe after I printed it saying it didn’t look appetizing to him at all. I thought it looked yummy (pumpkin ranks second for me after peanut butter)  It was yummy, not too sweet, with a cinnamony taste and aroma.  I will definitely make it again. Maybe with chili or soup–there’s lots of possibilities here..

A note if you’re going to make it:  The recipe says bake for 30 minutes.  I baked it 25 and it could have been a few minutes less than that.
