Wes and I stopped at Story Farm and bought some of the first of the season tomatoes. We have basil growing in a tub in our backyard and there was a package of fresh mozzarella in the fridge. This salad is a little bit of heaven. And to think, I didn’t like tomatoes until I was in my 30’s. I have a lot of lost time to make up for.
The strawberries are also from Story’s. There’s always a few perfect ones in the basket.
