Andrew climbingWes and I watched Natasha and Andrew yesterday, but we had a bit of a scheduling conflict.  I had a 10am hair appointment that  got me home about 11:45 and Wes had a 1pm poker game.  We babysat, but on our own.  While Wes was playing poker, I loaded the kids in the car and drove to Style Fabric to buy a batting for a quilt I am dropping off at the machine quilter on Saturday. After the quilt shop, we stopped at Forsythe Park to visit the new playground.  There were a lot of kids there due to Kingston summer camp, but we all had fun anyway.  Natasha and Andrew both loved the climbing wall, struggling the first time, and then scaling it with ease on subsequent climbs. snapping turtleWe also took a walk around the little zoo. Andrew particularly liked the snapping turtles, going back several times to look at them.

After Wes got home, we finished off the day with a trip to the food trucks, having delicious dinners and really good ice cream for dessert.

And, we get to do it all over again today……
