pink rose of SharonThe Rose of Sharon is now taller than I am and it’s loaded with buds, but so far only three flowers.Christmas bell block

I caught up on a Christmas block of the month yesterday.  This is block 7, only two more to go. daffodil block

I also machine appliqued this block yesterday.   Up close the daffodils have a lot of depth.

I spent a happy hour or so picking out the fabrics for two more blocks.  Finally, Wes called upstairs that he was starting dinner.  I looked at my phone and was shocked to see it was 7:00pm.  Time flies when you’re having fun, that’s for sure.
