Sunday morning, Bonnie and I walked from her house to Rivka where we met Barbara for a walk. The wild morning glories were blooming along Blue Mountain Road. We have grown morning glories from seeds for years and I had forgotten how pretty the wild ones are.
The elephant ear plant in the front garden continues to grow and put up new shoots. One tiny leaf, Bonnie has nicknamed Dumbo, like the baby elephant.
A little time spent at my sewing machine resulted in this block. The tire fabric was a perfect find.
Raven turns 19 today. She requested a cookie dough cheesecake. Cheesecake is always better made the day before. Holy Cow!!–the house smelled amazing while it was baking!
