With all the construction and resulting traffic tie-ups in the village this summer, I have avoided it unless absolutely necessary. Last night, Bonnie and Paul took us out to dinner at the Main Street Restaurant. Paul grabbed a parking space about a block away and we walked to the restaurant. The flower boxes are gorgeous–well worth an amble around the village to admire them.
The light posts are also beautiful, full of flowers and lush greenery.
Our dinner and ice cream out was food for the tummy and the flowers were food for the soul.
Thanks again, Bonnie and Paul, we had a terrific time!!
