Bonnie and I went to Malden on Saturday to shop the community wide yard sales. We both love pretty dishes and did really well for a very small amount of money. As I type this, my dish washer is running, getting my new treasures clean.
The little blue vase says bromide seltzer, emerson drug company on it, so I’m sure it started life as a medicine bottle. It has now graduated to my windowsill and I can’t think of a color flower that will not look great in it.
The second picture is my front yard just as the sun is peeking through. This effect only lasts a couple of minutes, so I’m always happy when I get to see it.
