Andrew’s in nursery school three days a week now. When he comes home, he’s ready to play. After a snack and a drink, he heads outside to the swing set to work off some of the energy he’s saved up all day. Natasha gathered some of the neighborhood kids and for a while they played in the back yard with Andrew, but the lure of the open road was too great and they took off on their bikes. 
Andrew waited patiently for a few minutes, while I snapped these pictures, but then headed to the gravel pile to shovel and play with his Tonka trucks. It’s sad that the kids leave him, but all too soon, he’ll be big enough to be out riding with them.

It’s hard to the youngest on the street! They have to make their own fun! They are disappointed until they are old enough to join the group!
