Shells and seaweed

Wes and I spent all night Sunday taking turns in the bathroom. It must have been something we ate and we were both miserable.  After sleeping late Monday morning we hung around the house until we both felt strong enough to venture to the grocery store. We picked up a package of Imodium and a few bland groceries. After medicine, tea, and toast, we did feel better and in the late afternoon drove to the beach about 3 blocks away.

Finally being out in the sunshine after two days of dreary was the best medicine."Random

i added a few more shells to my collection"Beach

And photographed some ducks hunting for food..so the day wasn’t a total loss, but dinner out doesn’t sound appealing —-yet..
