Yesterday afternoon, I put the 6th strand of lights on the tree and started unwrapping ornaments. Natasha arrived home from school just in time to help which made her happy.
Wes went to dart ball last night and I went to the grocery store. Maggie always greets me at the door when I get home. I glanced toward the tree and there were 3 catnip mice on the tree skirt. We never see the cats play with the mice, but we find them in the morning outside our bedroom door, on the stairs, and in the bathroom. I pick the mice up and put them back in their toy basket each day. I wonder what the attraction is with the tree skirt.

Beautiful tree! Our cats used to lay on Christmas tree skirts under the tree like presents!
