Wes and I went to Williams Lumber on Monday to do a bit of Christmas shopping. I hadn’t been in that store for several years and never at Christmas. My loss–that’s for sure. The whole center front of the store is taken up with a lovely Christmas display with three working trains.
I love the little dogs sleeping in front of the fireplace.
This is the back side, showing a village and the track.
I tried to time my picture so I got both the upper and lower train, but couldn’t do it.
There are two aisles of ornaments, for whatever theme you want for your tree.Right now, the Christmas items are 33% off, but I imagine that percentage will increase as it gets closer to Christmas.
There are several trees, each with a theme, full of ornaments.
I could not resist this cupcake ornament, mainly because when I held it, it felt like a real cupcake. There was a little “give” to the cake part and the icing and decorations look authentic. It’s a happy addition to our tree.
Local people–Williams Lumber is worth the trip!!
What a fabulous place. Thanks for sharing.
