Whenever Jessica finds a cookie recipe she wants to try, she sends it to me, knowing I’ll say, “Come on over and we’ll make them.” These snowmen were no exception. We dipped pretzel sticks in white chocolate and laid eight of them next to each other, filling in any gaps with a spoonful of the white chocolate. We let them set and then dipped the top third in chocolate and placed one extra dipped pretzel rod across the chocolate/white chocolate line to form a hat brim. The nose was made from a tube of orange icing and the faces were made from a toothpick dipped in chocolate. Add a flower to the hat and they were complete.
Ours didn’t turn out nearly as nice as the video we watched, but it doesn’t matter. It was fun and pretzels dipped in white chocolate or dark chocolate are delicious! Also, this looks like the only “snow” we’ll get this Christmas.
