As part of our kitchen re-do, we cleaned out, painted, and organized the pantry. I also vowed to use up some of the doubles and triples of food we found in there. Yesterday, I used one of the three bags of lentils by making soup. It also turned into a clean-out-the-fridge soup with all the vegetables I added. Results=dinner for at least 3 nights.
