Play doh Tangrams TangramsI woke up very early yesterday morning and  not wanting my tossing and turning to disturb Wes, I got up.  Whenever that happens I make use of the time by stitching. There was some embroidery left on this little wall hanging, so I finished it up, creating my own sunshine on a miserable, rainy day.

After nursery school,  Andrew was ready for a snack (cinnamon toast and veggie sausage, which he asked for) and ready to play. He spent a busy half hour with Play Doh and then the Tangrams caught his eye. He copies the patterns shown in the book and is getting quite good at it, only asking for help occasionally. It’s a toy I’ve always loved, so he’s a boy right after my heart.
