During the winter, Barbara sent me this recipe she had found on her computer. I immediately knew I would make them to take to my next quilt retreat. The dough is difficult to work with, but the resulting cookies are buttery and crispy–delicious–tasting just as a cookie should.
The recipe made about 6 dozen and they’re packed away until the quilt retreat next week. I hope they last that long.
