A lady named Grace was a member of my Thursday night quilting group. She was a 90 year old retired elementary teacher and an all around wonderful person.  Unfortunately, we lost Grace in November, and all of us in the group miss her a great deal.  Grace’s daughter, also named Grace, is in the process of cleaning out her Mom’s home and finding new homes for her Mom’s treasures.  Grace has brought pictures of some of the things that haven’t been claimed by family members to our Thursday group, and asked if anyone wanted anything.  I fell in love with the blue Wedgwood dishes pictured above and Grace graciously said I could have them.Wedgwood dishes with zucchini muffins

I am very happy to give the dishes a good home and will think fondly of Grace every time I use them.
