Early Tuesday morning (5am–don’t ask), I finished cutting out all the flower pieces for this wall hanging.    We had no plans for the day, which was good, as we both still didn’t feel well, so I spent most of the day working on this quilt.

White dogwood

There’s 5 separate sections to create and fuse, then the quilt will be assembled. I managed to get 4 sections done and I love how they turned out.

Pink dogwood

For some reason, the centers of the dogwood gave me a hard time. I auditioned a bunch of different fabrics before settling on this oneForsythia The forsythia is brighter than what bloomed around here this year. One more section to go.
