Monday, after raking and moving all the icky, wet leaves from around the perimeter of the pool, ( can you tell I don’t like that job?) we moved on to a much more pleasant occupation. We had purchased, and I had been given for Mother’s Day, several flowering plants. Wes prepared the decorative pots, but we didn’t plant them yet. The potting soil that was in the shed was still very cold and Wes was afraid the plants would get shocked. We plan to plant them today and also visit a nursery to buy a few more today. That’s much more enjoyable pastime than icky raking.
