Wes and I went flower shopping yesterday afternoon. We bought seed packs and flowers to put in the pots on our deck. The picture above is from Boice’s plant stand and we didn’t buy them, but I was very tempted. The petunias colors were faded, almost like they were vintage flowers and I just fell in love with them.
The portulacas were bright and pretty. We did buy some of these as they bloom all summer.
Just look at all these pansies! They have always reminded me of happy faces looking towards the sun.
This is an overview od Boices. There’s so much to see, we may have to make a return trip.
Wes is pushing the cart with our haul from Adams. There is a lot of planting in our immediate future. I didn’t get any tiny plants for my fairy garden as Adams had a very small selection, but they are getting a new shipment next Tuesday. I going Wednesday.
