Wes and I are disgusted by the destructiveness of the chipmunks. The Gebera daisies were so pretty and now there’s only one flower left. We have had this problem with chipmunks before. We enjoy watching the chipmunks, but want them to stay out of the gardens. Squirrels tend to dig up whatever we’ve planted, whether it’s seeds or plants, so we’re fed up with them too.
I found this stuff in Adams. The list of creatures it repels is extensive, but unfortunately, it also repels birds. Wes, hopefully, solved that problem by only using it on the plants the chipmunks and squirrels have attacked and by keeping it away from the hummingbird feeders. On a brighter note, I’m glad our yard is now safe from armadillos.
