Yesterday morning I spotted these lovely daisies as Leslie and I walked along Blue Mountain Road. There’s something about flowers against a fence that appeals to me, so ducked down and tried to get a picture without a lot of horse poop in it, not realizing the fence was electrified. At first, I thought I had bumped my head, but then I realized I had been shocked. I guess I’m a true artist now–I’ve suffered for my art.
Andrew made his pool debut yesterday. He paddled all over, but wouldn’t jump in, not remembering he did it last year. I’m sure in a few days he’ll be scaring us with his jumping in antics.
The fifth graders were asked to play at the sixth grade graduation last night. They played Pomp and Circumstance and the Star Spangled Banner and did a wonderful job. Next year, Natasha will be graduating and Timothy will be part of the fifth grade band. How can that be possible!
