Monday evening, I fed my sourdough starter and left it on the counter to grow, in preparation for baking bread on Tuesday morning.  When I came downstairs, I found it had grown way more than I expected, probably because it was warm in the kitchen. Next week I will use a bigger bowl and put a plate under it.

I was concerned that with the overflow I wouldn’t have enough for the bread and to use for next week’s starter, but I stretched it.

The bread is delicious!
