Yesterday afternoon Timothy, Natasha, Andrew, Raven, her friend Olivia, Nancy, Karem, Zachary, and Liam met at Putting Plus for fun. After trying out the batting cages, the kids wanted to ride the go karts. Andrew teamed up with Olivia, while the rest of the kids went solo.

It was brutally hot on the miniature golf course. All the players in our two groups took every opportunity to stand in whatever bit of shade we could find when we weren’t actually hitting the ball. Olivia took this picture.
After a quick dip in our pool, we all headed over to Bonnie and Paul’s for a rib dinner and s’mores.
Owen, Cole, and Andrew settled their dinners by swinging in the porch swing.
Tonight we’re making chicken and dumplings. We certainly are eating well this week.
