While perusing Pinterest yesterday morning, I found a recipe for peanut butter bread. I immediately jotted down the recipe, preheated the oven, and pulled the ingredients from the pantry. The recipe directions said to put all the ingredients in a blender and mix them. I tried, but my blender wasn’t strong enough, and I ended up dumping the batter into a bowl to finish mixing it. The kitchen smelled wonderful while the bread was baking, tantalizing our taste buds. And the taste—–this recipe is a definite keeper!
