When we picked Andrew and Natasha up at the bus stop on Friday, I thought sure they would want to jump right in the pool. Andrew did, and after cooling down he chowed down on apple slices dipped in peanut butter.
Surprisingly, Natasha decided not to swim. The pool is down to 72 degrees and she gets chilled easily. She watched and cheered as Andrew swam the perimeter of the pool while munching on her English muffin.
Wes was planning on closing the pool soon, but we have to wait, at least, until this heat wave is over.
