Jonathan came down on Sunday morning to paint our downstairs bathroom, bringing Natasha and Andrew with him. Andrew immediately appropriated his dad’s stool to reach the high cherry tomatoes.
For this late in the season, there was quite a few to pick. The tomatoes will have to sit for a day or so to finish ripening.
I had found a recipe on Pinterest to make fried egg candy and I thought Natasha would enjoy making them. We melted white chocolate chip and dropped spoonfuls on waxed paper. Natasha did the rest, putting on one yellow M&M and breaking a pretzel stick in half for the “bacon”.
The candies are super easy to make and very cute. Natasha said they tasted pretty good too.
And the bathroom? The ceiling and the trim is all painted. Jonathan will come back next weekend to paint the walls.
