I have spent the last few weeks with my rotary cutter attavcto my right hand, prepping for a quilt retreat. This pinwheel block is one of four finished blocks out of 72. Once I had all the fabric cut, I had to see what the blocks looked like sewn together.
All the rest of the blocks are packed in this box, ready to sew.
This is a baby quilt kit which is actually my first project at the retreat. I want to get the top done, so I can send it to the machine quilter, and have it come back to bind before the baby arrives.
Another quilt kit. This is for the second twin bed in my guest room. The first one is already done.
And lastly, in case I finish the first three projects, I am taking four months of a block of the month, that I’m just a little behind on.
I am so looking forward to this retreat.
Busy, busy, busy!
