Cathy and I headed for home from Lake George about 2pm on Sunday. It had rained and snowed all morning, but the roads were fine and we made good time. And, because we hadn’t done enough fabric fondling over the weekend, we stopped at Log Cabin Fabrics in Selkirk for a bit more retail therapy.
It was a wonderful weekend. We talked, sewed, laughed, sewed, ate, sewed–you get the picture. The inn also had a hot tub and indoor pool that we enjoyed two nights. The hot water felt so relaxing after long hours hunched over our sewing machines. We both are pleased with what we accomplished this weekend. Our two weekends in 2017 are already booked, so there’s more good times a’coming!
