I keep fiddling around with our Christmas decorations.  The little enamel container belonged to a late quilter friend of mine.  Her daughter shared some of her possessions with the quilt group and I came home with this. It’s a perfect size for flowers or Christmas greens and candles.  The chips show it’s been used.  I like things with a story.

Cookies

Jessica visited on Tuesday and we baked and baked.

Cookies

In all, we made five kinds of cookies which are all packed away for Christmas.

More cookies

On Wednesday, I baked two loaves of sourdough bread, then Wes and I baked three more kinds of cookies.  There’s two pans of bar cookies to go, then we have a couple kinds of candy to make and then we’ll be done.  It’s been smelling good in here for days.
