Rainy days are good for sewing. This baby quilt had come back from the machine quilter just before Christmas, but, of course, I had no time to finish it then. Monday evening , while Wes was at dartball, I started hand sewing the binding down while watching part of the last season of Downton Abbey. Tuesday afternoon, I watched old Chopped shows and finished the stitching. Yesterday, I took this quilt and the flannel one to the laundromat. The flannel one is now on our bed and the baby quilt is ready to be wrapped.
Ive already pinned twelve blocks together to get the next project moving. I love January!
