While Corey’s in Austria and Daisy’s at work, I’m taking care of Desi after school this week. During school hours, I’m free to explore Queens on foot. Corey left me his car keys, but I figure I could get really lost by car, on foot, I can’t walk far enough to get lost.
Tuesday, I walked to the Queens Library in the snow. It was beautiful walking. Snow blurs edges and makes everything softer and romantic.
And, then I came back to our street, because the library opens at 1:00pm on Tuesday and I got there at 11. Now , I have someplace to walk to today—–again.
