Wes and I had a 12:15 appointment at the post office yesterday to renew our passports. It’s a given that when we’re out at that time of day, we go out for lunch. Our first two choices (Love Bites and Rock Da Casbah) are closed on Wednesday, so we ended up at the Dutch Tavern.
The soup of the day was butternut squash/apple and it was thick and yummy.
Wes ordered a hamburger which he tucked into before I could snap a picture, but my grilled veggie sandwich posed happily before I ate it.
Good food.
We’ll definitely return.
