Wes and I took a trip, up the very windy Thruway, to Albany on Wednesday to shop. First stop was Trader Joe’s to stock up on some essentials and some not so essentials–dried mango anyone?
Oh, and flowers are essentials.
Kohl’s had luggage on sale for 50% off and we had a 30% off coupon which brought the cost down to a reasonable price.
I also finished this library book yesterday. Being my bookcase is stuffed, I don’t buy a book unless I really, really love it. I ordered this one last night and I put another one by the author on reserve in the library.
A quote from the book:

A fiction book that inspires me to write a quote in my journal is a keeper.
